Wow Barcelona you were/are/always will be nothing but beautiful.

I actually have nothing bad to say about this city except, "Damn, why are you so amazing because I never want to leave you. Ever."

The ocean.

The city.

It's just so alive. You can just feel it moving and bursting with life. Even the people in the city walk around like they haven't a care in the world, because let's face it. They live in one of the most beautiful places on this lovely planet we call home.

Everywhere you look in the city, you'll see traces of Gaudí's work. Barcelona's architecture is synonymous with Antoni Gaudí's name, and even though the gorgeous Sagrada Familia is his most famous legacy, Parc Guell was one of my favorite places.

Me licking another work of art, what else is new?

But I would most definitely go vist Parc Guell if you have the chance. The mosaic tiles are incredible and you get the most amazing view of the city. The Sagrada Familia also is by no means unimpressive. I mean you can't work on a building for 133 years, still be unfinished with it, and have it turn out looking bad.....

I believe the word you're looking for is, "Wooooow." At least, that's what I thought while walking in this place. I still can't get over the amount of detail that went into the construction of this cathedral. Hopefully, I'll make it back to see it in its full on glory when it's finally completed.

The nightlife in this city is also crazy. Much like other Spanish cities, most people don't go out to the clubs until 2am (only losers show up before 1am). Most clubs are on coastline (go to Opium, it's the best, and you'll have so much fun!!!!), spilling out onto the beach. It makes it really easy to stay up and watch the sun rise. We were lucky enough to visit during Abroadfest/Springfest and got to catch up with tons of students studying abroad all over Europe. It's incredible to think that we get to spend an entire semester exploring some of the greatest cities in the world. We're very lucky people.

Here's a photo of Jillian and me with our new friend the Transformer.

Cheers to next time, Barcelona. Estoy cantando.
